Hi! We, LittleBite, are a small start up family owned business who are passionate about bringing you the highest quality and tastiest products packed full of nutrients. To achieve this we firmly stand behind the process of freeze drying, an exciting technique that preserves 97% of the nutritional value. We believe these little bites with a big taste are the future of the food world and we are thrilled to be a part of it! 

In the instance of a Covid-19 regional or national lockdown, we will still be operating as usual. However, please note that there may be some delays to your order. 

All orders are safely packaged with care. We have taken every precaution and ensure your products are fully sanitised. We make sure to always wear a mask and gloves when handling any products while packaging to ensure customer safety.

Guarantee

We quality control all orders prior to dispatch and package them with care. We are confident that you will love your products. However, if for any reason you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your order we have a 30 day return policy. For health and safety reasons, we are only able to offer a refund as long as the the product(s) are returned to us in their original condition. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs. We will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any food items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. 

In the unlikely event that the item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us by emailing us at catering@littlebite.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Photographic evidence of any damage is required or the return of the damaged item(s). Once this is completed, we will be happy to send you a replacement. 

These products are intended to support general well being and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any condition or disease. If conditions persist, please seek advice from your doctor.

Privacy & Safety

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will only be used for the specific reasons stated above.

 

No personal data will be disclosed or sold to third parties. We only use this information to contact you regarding your order(s) or current promotions and to process payment. Information will only be used for duration of carrying out your order.

 

Alternatively, if you have subscribed to the newsletter the required information will be stored until you unsubscribe. At this point, only information used for tax or legal purposes will be securely stored. 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Please note that your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage databases. In this instance, your data is securely stored on servers behind a firewall.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
